शिक्षक हो, तो ऐसा हो

शादी समारोह में, एक आदमी एक बुज़ुर्ग आदमी के पास जाता है जिसे वह जानता है, और पूछता है। 

क्या आपने मुझे पहचाना? उसने ध्यान से देखा और कहा, "हाँ, तुम मेरे प्राथमिक विद्यालय के छात्र हो। 

आजकल क्या कर रहे हो?" छात्र ने जवाब दिया, "मैं आपकी तरह एक स्कूल शिक्षक हूं। और शिक्षक बनने की यह इच्छा मेरे अंदर आपके कारण पैदा हुई।"

शिक्षक ने पूछा, "वह कैसे?"

छात्र ने जवाब दिया, "आपको याद है कि एक बार कक्षा में एक लड़के की एक बहुत ही खूबसूरत घड़ी चोरी हो गई थी,और वह घड़ी मैंने  चुराई थी. आपने पूरी कक्षा से कहा कि जिसने भी घड़ी चुराई है, उसे वापस कर देना चाहिए।" मैं घड़ी वापस करना चाहता था, लेकिन मैंने शर्मिंदगी से बचने के लिए हिम्मत नहीं की।आपने पूरी कक्षा को दीवार कि तरफ मुंह करके अपनी आँखें बंद करके  खड़े होने का आदेश दिया,  और सभी की जेबों की तलाशी ली. और मेरी जेब से घड़ी निकालकर मेरा नाम बताए बिना उसके मालिक को  दे दी। और मुझे कभी इस कार्रवाई पर शर्मिंदा नहीं किया। मैंने उसी दिन से शिक्षक बनने का फैसला किया था। ”

शिक्षक ने कहा, "कहानी कुच यु है कि तलाशी के दौरान मैने भी अपनी आँखें बंद कर लीं थी,और मुझे आज पता चला कि आपने घड़ी चुराई थी/

क्या हम ऐसे शिक्षक बनसकते हैं जो अपने कार्यों से बच्चो को शिक्षक बनने के लिए प्रेरित कर सकते. ना के छोटी छोटी गलतियों पर बच्चों को पूरी कक्षा के सामने  शर्मिंदा करे।

English Translation

If there is a teacher, then so be it

Can we become teachers who can motivate children to become teachers through their actions and not embarrass the children in front of the whole class over small mistakes.
